Scheduling Questions:

How long does it take to be added to your service schedule?

Once you approve our estimate, we will add you to our service schedule. Usually we can visit you within a week, however circumstances such as bad weather, high volume,  and holidays can delay your first visit.

What if I need my yard cut now? (Its a holiday, special occasion, etc.) Can you do that?

With advance notice we can usually add you to our schedule for immediate service. However, if we are not in your service area, we may not be able to meet the request and will visit your property on the next scheduled day for that area.

What if I am not home on the day you come?

That is okay! We will leave an invoice and you can remit payment within 10 days. If you have animals that need to be secured or have a gate that must be left unlocked, please let us know, and we will call or text you in advance so you can make arrangements.

Can I schedule you to come on the same day of the week for each visit?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific service day or date. We always try our best to maintain a consistent service schedule, but conditions such as bad weather, holidays, and high volume impact our schedule making it impossible to always return on the same day.

Pricing Questions:

Why can't I get an estimate over the phone?

Every lawn is different. Prices vary depending on lawn size, condition, and desired services. To ensure we provide you with an accurate quote and quality service, we need to see the property.

Why do you charge me more to bag my grass clippings?

Bagging your grass clippings requires more labor and hauling. This means we modify our schedule to spend more time at your property. A small  fee is charged to haul away the clippings and dispose of at a dump site.

Why do you charge more to cut my grass when it is overgrown? Does it really matter?

We charge more to cut grass that is overgrown because it puts substantially more wear on our equipment and we sometimes have to double cut which takes more time. To avoid this additional cost, we recommend that you get your lawn serviced every 10-14 days. This will prevent overgrowth and keep your turf healthy during the summer months.
